Alper Ucar is an EPSRC Research Fellow at University of Westminster where he received a Ph.D. degree in
Electronics Engineering for his work on efficient subsampling Delta-Sigma (ΔΣ) data conversion
for multi-constellation Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) receivers. He also holds M.Sc. and B.Sc.
degrees in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Hacettepe University
and Yeditepe University in Turkey, respectively.
His research interests include mixed-signal integrated circuit design, ΔΣ modulation
techniques, and subsampling GNSS receivers. He is currently working on the design and implementation of multi-constellation
GNSS receivers and high-speed (>1GHz) ΔΣ data converters in CMOS technologies.
